The former Chippa United coach has been strongly linked with Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila FC, who are preparing for their first season in Mzansi’s top-flight, but according to sources, the deal could collapse even though the Zimbabwean is already in the country and having already started training the team this past week.

Initially, TTM were strongly linked with former Highlands Park coach Owen da Gama, although the Limpopo outfit later decided on Mapeza.

“The marriage between TTM and Norman Mapeza could come to an end before it has officially started. There’s been complaints from the players about the coach’s training methods and it seems that in their way of trying to solve the issue the parties might decide to longer go ahead with the deal,” said the source.
