Clubs Queue Up For SA Teen
Former Mamelodi Sundowns youngster, Mswati Mavuso, could end up plying his trade outside of South Arica, with lots of interest being shown in the versatile 17-year-old.
Mavuso, a South African youth international, is currently training with Polokwane City after a move to OGC Nice failed to materialise, with the club one of many that is looking to acquire his services on a permanent basis in the coming weeks.
The Siya crew spoke to Nimrod Mbhalati, of Galaxy Sports International Management, who gave an update on the youngster’s situation as the 2018/19 season approaches.
Mbhalati told the crew, “A deal is on the cards between Polokwane City and Galaxy Sports International Management, while other teams like AmaZulu are also inquiring about the player’s availability.
“On the other hand, Tunisian Giants Club Africain and Etoile du Sahel are also preparing offers for the boy, and we’re working around the clock to try and sort out his immediate future.
“The boy will surely be playing in a top-flight league in the 2018/2019 season, be it in South Africa or overseas, however it remains to be seen what will happen in the next few days.”
