Veteran former Kaizer Chiefs defender Morgan Gould is set to be unveiled at a new club as he looks to further his career in the 2020/21 season.
Having parted ways with Stellenbosch FC in June this year, Gould has surfaced at GladAfrica Championship newbies Sekhukhune United.
The 37-year-old has been identified as another player to add experience to the ambitious second tier outfit and to help the team in their push for promotion to the top-flight.
The centre-back, who made his name in Mzansi at Jomo Cosmos and SuperSport United respectively, has joined Jabu Maluleke, Sifiso Mbhele, Tapuwa Kapini and Prince Nxumalo, among some of the experienced players at Babina Noko under the Malatji family, brothers Simon who is the club’s chairman and Jonas, the CEO.
Meanwhile, Sekhukhune are set to get their first season in the GladAfrica Championship underway with a home match on November 28 at the Makhulong Stadium as veteran coach Johnny Ferreira will be looking for a positive start with his strong squad.
