Maritzburg Keen On SSU Starlet

Maritzburg United Are Interested In SuperSport United's Denwin Farmer

Word reaching the Siya crew is that Maritzburg United are keen on trying to sign SuperSport United defender, Denwin Farmer.
The Team of Choice are enjoying an impressive 2017/18 campaign in Fadlu Davids’ first season as their full-time head coach, and with two-thirds of the season gone they are well on track to secure a top eight spot.
Farmer is highly rated in the football fraternity as one of the brightest defensive prospects in the country, although he has battled to get past SuperSport’s veteran duo of Morgan Gould and Clayton Daniels of late.
The 21-year-old has only made two Absa Premiership appearances under Eric Tinkler this season, although was handed a start in their last game as they were beaten by Bidvest Wits, and Siya sources have suggested that Maritzburg are looking to try and bring him into their ranks.
It remains to be seen whether SuperSport would be willing to lose Farmer given their current defensive situation, but Maritzburg are thought to be trying their luck.

Can Maritzburg not give us Rusike n take Twala at least, I know Bobby has long closed the budget book n Steve has found his draw-combination but I feel Chiefs still lacks some key quality players like Pule, Rusike, Billiat etc.
