It was reported yesterday by the Siya crew that Sundowns and Ea Lla Koto were in talks about the transfer of Thela Ngobeni, who has been eager for game-time since his return to Masandawana during the July/August transfer window.

The Siya crew can confirm from a reliable source that Sundowns and Stars have agreed to a short-term loan stint for Ngobeni.

“It is done, Thela Ngobeni is a Free State Stars player until the end of the season,” the source revealed to Soccer Laduma.

The player recently handed in a transfer request to Masandawana, with 18-months left on his existing deal at the club.

However, as things stand, Sundowns still want to hold on to the player’s services after agreeing to a short-term loan deal, although it remains to be seen whether Ea Lla Koto will push for a permanent transfer during the July/August transfer window.

@Moruled2 in fact Chiefs won't loan Khuzwayo they can let him go . They understand his situation . Khuzwayo is 27 and Khune is 30 or 29 not sure so Khune can go another 3 or4 seasons that means Khuzwayo won't have enough time left . When Baloyi was 30 Khune was 19 or 20 good age gap between them
