Mamelodi Sundowns Agree Jeremy Brockie Fee, Deal Imminent?
Mamelodi Sundowns are believed to have agreed a fee with SuperSport United regarding the transfer of Jeremy Brockie, with the move set to be finalised at some point this week.
The Siya crew reported in this week’s issue of Soccer Laduma that Masandawana were closing in on the New Zealand international as Pitso Mosimane continued his pursuit for a new striker, and it appears that they will be getting their man.
Now, according to Siya sources, the two clubs are thought to have come to an agreement regarding the transfer fee for the Kiwi, with personal terms also believed to have been all but ironed out between the player and Sundowns.
Brockie started for SuperSport against Bidvest Wits on Wednesday evening as the Clever Boys picked up a 2-0 win, and it certainly looks as though the player has played his last game in the colours of Matsatsantsa.
The Siya crew is led to believe that, if all goes to plan, the deal will be finalised imminently as Sundowns add another attacker to their formidable front force during the January transfer window.
Brockie has scored 54 goals for SuperSport in three years at the club.
