Kgoloko Thobejane’s representatives have confirmed that a search is in progress for the coach’s return to top-flight football.
Thobejane has been without a coaching job since parting ways with Baroka FC in March. The 48-year-old coach was relieved of his coaching duties at Bakgaga over three months ago, following his prolonged suspension from the Limpopo outfit, from earlier in the year.
Prior to parting ways with Baroka, Thobejane had been called for a disciplinary hearing at the club. It was later confirmed from club management that the coach failed to show up at the scheduled disciplinary hearing.
Thobejane’s representative, Gerald Baloyi from Vodia Players Management, has confirmed their search for a club for the coach.
“Coach Kgoloko Thobejane is in search of a new home for his coaching career, after parting ways with Baroka. We have started searching for a club for our client, 'Mr Football Will Kill You Dead',” Baloyi confirmed to the Siya crew.
Baroka have since appointed former Zambia senior national team coach Wedson Nyirenda as their new head coach in preparation of the 2018/19 season.
