Transfer Update: Chiefs Keen On January Move For Pule

Kaizer Chiefs Could Look To Push For A Move For Vincent Pule From Bidvest Wits

By Soccer Laduma - Jan 22, 2018 04:42 PM

Kaizer Chiefs are keen on bringing Vincent Pule to Naturena in the current January transfer window, according to Siya sources, but Bidvest Wits want the player to see out his contract at the club.

The Siya crew broke the news in December last year that Chiefs were planning on tabling a pre-contract to Pule when he enters the final six months of his deal with Wits.

With Pule now in the final six months of his contract, Head Coach Gavin Hunt has previously admitted that the player has signed a pre-contract elsewhere, although maintained that the club wants the player to see out the remaining months on his Wits deal.

“I think he has been signed by a big club in South Africa. He’s not going to leave now but in June. I don’t want him to leave, but what can we do?” Hunt was quoted saying on the KickOff official website.

However, it is yet to be revealed whether the player has put pen to paper on a pre-contract with Chiefs, although, according to Siya sources, Chiefs are believed to want to push for a January move for the player, despite Head Coach Hunt revealing that he wants to hold on to the player’s services for the second half of the season.

Should Amakhosi or any other interested suitor look to approach Wits for Pule in the current January transfer window, the Students could look to sell the player at a reduced fee rather than lose his services on a free at the end of his deal on June 30 this year.

@Dangerous when provoked I can also see that our team is being revamped which is great, I used to feel sad when players get released but in the last 3 seasons the players hurt us so much to the point where I feel they deserve to be axed this is a big team n u need to show 200% commitment this is a big team.

@mkhethwa Yes he is overlapping but 80% of the time his overlaps counts for nothing he jst goes up to waste the ball, and he is always free on the right hand side but when the ball is switched to his side he will either fail to control it or misjudge the flight of the ball and it goes out for a throw in, in my view he is very wasteful actually I didnt feel bad when he got red carded bcos I felt we playing one man shot with him on the pitch, players need to be effective and efficient on the pitch the way SK has planned our play purely based on Tight and Zulu but Zulu is way more effective than tight.

Good player but is Steve going to field him. Maluleka,Parker and Buchaman's days are numbered. There is future at Chiefs of now late. What would have been happening had the Hon. Kaizer Motaung Snr. not told Steve to involve young players.

If this is proved to be true, it will illustrate that family business are real crooks, manipulators and dirty tacticians who will stop at nothing to destabilise other teams.
