Chiefs Line Up Deal For Wits Star?
Kaizer Chiefs Are Considering A Move For Vincent Pule
The Siya crew is led to believe that Kaizer Chiefs are considering lining up a move for Bidvest Wits’ Vincent Pule for when his contract expires at the end of the season.
Pule, 25, has finally managed to secure himself a regular spot in Gavin Hunt’s starting XI this season after several years struggling to break into the team and recently scored the winning goal that secured the Telkom Knockout title for the Clever Boys.
However, as reported in this week’s issue of Soccer Laduma, the attacker hasn’t signed a new contract with Wits, catching the Amakhosi’s eye as he approaches the last six months of his current deal.
According to Siya sources, Chiefs are interested in trying to bring Pule on board as they seek to end their trophyless run, and the fact that his agent, Tim Sukazi, has a strong relationship with Amakhosi could pave the way for a deal to be struck.
Pule will be a free transfer at the end of the season as things stand, and after several years in Braamfontein, he could be tempted by a change of scenery.
