Bidvest Wits’ new signing, Eva Nga, was spotted training with the club this week as he takes aim at his Clever Boys debut at some point this month, while two others have left.
The Siya crew reported recently that both Siyanda Zwane and Carl Lark looked set to be on their way out of the club having been deemed surplus to requirements by Gavin Hunt, and it’s now been confirmed that the duo have moved on.
Zwane, formerly of Mamelodi Sundowns and Golden Arrows, leaves without having played an Absa Premiership game for Wits following his move at the start of the season, while Lark made four league appearance prior to this week – they will now be on the lookout for the next step in their careers.
Nga, who joins Hunt’s side after finishing as top scorer for Costa do Sol, will be hoping for a more successful stay, although it remains to be seen when he will be able to make his first appearance in the club’s colours as he awaits his work permit.
The Cameroonian forward was seen training with his new teammates this week after making the switch from Mozambique, and his new head coach will be eager to have him available for selection as soon as possible.
