The representatives of Gustavo Paez are working on securing other opportunities for the Venezuelan, following his disappointment at Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila.
Paez thought he had secured his return to Mzansi’s top-flight after he was signed by TTM in October, only for his deal to be terminated a few days later by the Limpopo outfit.

After also being linked with AmaZulu and Royal AM but wasn’t signed by any of the two KwaZulu-Natal outfits, the former Kaizer Chiefs striker has decided to pack his bags and go back home though an indication is that his South African-based representatives are not ruling out the possibility of his return.
“Gustavo Paez is back in Venezuela after his disappointment at TTM though he might still come back as his handlers are considering other opportunities for him. He could still come back to South Africa again as there are two teams that are showing interest in him,” a source told the Siya crew.

“There is also an option for him to go to North Africa. The good thing is that he has got his clearance from his previous team in Venezuela and as from 1 January he will be free to join a team of his choice and no one will complain about the clearance,” the source added.
Golden Arrows is believed to be one of the teams showing an interest in the 30-year-old forward.
