News reaching the Siya crew is that Ea Lla Koto could be set to finalise a deal with Bongani Mbuli from Super Eagles.
The 22-year-old defender, who is the product of the Nedbank Ke Yona Team, has been impressive for Eagles in the NFD this past season.
In the Nedbank Cup Last 32 match for Eagles and Stars in February, Mbuli scored his team’s goal as the NFD side forced a 1-1 draw with their PSL opponents in 90 minutes, before losing 2-1 on extra time.
Following his emergence from the 2016 edition of the Nedbank Ke Yona Team search, where he excelled with his performance against SuperSport United in the Nedbank Ke Yona Challenge, the centre back was signed by Bidvest Wits on a two-year contract.
The Ermelo-born player had been training with Wits as part of the competition’s initiative to send players from the final Ke Yona squad to different PSL clubs on a one-month trial basis.
