Former University Of Pretoria Defender Now Overseas
Former University of Pretoria defender, Itumeleng Nkwana, is plying his trade overseas.
The right back is playing for Oskar Przysucha in Poland. The 25-year-old made his professional debut in South Africa with Tuks, having joined the club from Alexandra United.
In 2015, Nkwana had a trial with Orlando Pirates, following his exit from AmaTuks. He has decided to further his career with Przysucha in Poland.
In other news for Mzansi players plying their trade overseas, Przysucha also has another South African player on their books, Luciano Matsoso.
Matsoso is a product of the School of Excellence and was previously with Bloemfontein Celtic’s juniors. He had a stint with Roses United in the NFD.
Nkwana and Matsoso have joined the likes of Mkhanyiseli Siwahla and Andile Nqabeni, who are also plying their trade in Poland.
