Following confirmation that young striker Eethe Khaukanani is no longer with Orlando Pirates, it has emerged that the player has surfaced at Polokwane City in his search for a new deal.
Khaukanani is training with Polokwane City’s MultiChoice Diski Challenge team after he was released from Pirates a few weeks ago.
Confirming the latest developments regarding the young star’s career, the player’s agent Ratshibvumo Mulovhedzi from Rush Hour Sport Management told the Siya crew that the former Free State and Pirates youngster is training with the Rise and Shine’s MDC team. The player could be given a chance in the first team at the Limpopo outfit in the future, should he manage to impress with his work rate in the MDC team.
Meanwhile, Rise and Shine are set to host Golden Arrows at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday in one of this weekend’s MDC fixtures, before the Heritage Day festival on Monday at Makhulong Stadium.
