Dlangalala, who coached Bucs’ MultiChoice Diski Challenge team last year, had a stint with Chippa United this season. He was appointed as an assistant coach of the Port Elizabeth outfit in January.

But his stay with the Chilli Boys was short lived, as he parted ways with the club after only three months on the job. Dlangalala has previously also worked as a development coach at Mamelodi Sundowns.

The indication from sources close to Eagles is that Dlangalala is earmarked for a role in the technical team of the NFD side. The KZN outfit is expected to begin the new season with Allan Freese as the team’s head coach.

The former Platinum Stars mentor has been the caretaker coach at the KZN club.

Khoza should have made this guy assistant coach for Pirates, Maybe he had something to offer to this bunch of lazy players. But Eagles need a good coach to send them to PSL, because NFD is not easy
