Twala Struggles For New Club After Chiefs Exit, Return To Former Club On The Cards
Former Kaizer Chiefs Winger Linked With Chippa United
With Kaizer Chiefs career now a thing of the past for William Twala, a return to Chippa United could be one of the options for him in his next move.
The winger has been linked with a return to the Port Elizabeth outfit, as reported in edition 1082 of Soccer Laduma.
Twala had his contract with Chiefs terminated, as confirmed by the Soweto giants last month. He has been yet to find a new club since leaving Naturena. The 28-year-old had spent the second half of the 2017/18 season on loan at Maritzburg United, before being released from Chiefs at the end of the season.
According to sources, Chippa is contemplating on welcoming the player back to the club, as another way of strengthening the squad for Dan Malesela’s side for the 2018/19 season.
