Lucky Khune In Search Of NFD Deal
Former Kaizer Chiefs Striker In Club Search
Former Kaizer Chiefs striker, Lucky Khune, has surfaced at Black Leopards for training with the team.
The 28-year-old has joined the NFD outfit in their training in an attempt to impress the technical team for a contract.
Khune has been without a club in professional ranks since leaving Chippa United in 2015. In 2016, he spent some time training with the University of Pretoria.
A source close to Leopards has confirmed to the Siya crew that the younger brother of Chiefs’ Itumeleng has been joined by Cebo Masina, among other players in Leopards’ training.
“Lucky Khune is training with Black Leopards. Also training with the team is Cebo Masina – the former Free State Stars and Royal Eagles midfielder,” said the source.
Lucky Khune had been with Chiefs’ first team for three years between 2009 and 2012.
