Gunners FC in the ABC Motsepe League is the team that Humphrey ‘Cellular’ Mlwane has been coaching since last year.

As previously reported on the Soccer Laduma website, Mlwane travelled to the North West, where he has been coaching Gunners, as he aims to nurture talented players from disadvantaged communities to reach the level he was at in the professional ranks of Mzansi’s football, during his playing days.

“I have parted ways with Gunners FC. We reached an amicable agreement that we should go our separate ways. I left the team in position four on the log,” said the former midfielder.

“I have a CAF A Licence. I am keen on continuing contributing in football development of our country with a club either in the NFD or ABC Motsepe League. I would listen to PSL clubs looking for qualified coaches for their academies or in the MDC (MultiChoice Diski Challenge). All I want is to contribute. I can take the position of assitant coach in the PSL or NFD,” concluded Mlwane.
