A former Cape Town City player is back in Mzansi and eyeing a return to the PSL in his next move after spending over a year abroad.
Since parting ways with City in 2019, Ugandan international Allan Kateregga has been plying trade with Iraqi side Erbil Sports Club.
Kateregga is currently a free agent and is not affected by the transfer window that closed on Monday.
As reported by the Siya crew, Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila showed an interest in the attacking midfielder under their previous management, while the player's representatives have now confirmed that there are two unnamed clubs who are also keen on the dreadlocked player.
While with City, the 26-year-old was lauded for his high work-rate although he struggled for regular game-time in the latter stages of his time in the Mother City.
He has previousy also played for Maritzburg United and featured for Uganda in the Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt in 2019.
