A former Bloemfontein Celtic defender has signed a deal with a National First Division club, following the completion of his ban from competitive football.
Prince Hlela has joined Super Eagles to mark his return to competitive football. In 2013, the defender was banned by the league, after he failed to pay football agent, Alex Bondarenko, the money owed to him.
He was on the books of Polokwane City at the time of his ban and has since been in the football wilderness.
Now at 33, and with the ban over, Hlela is keen on resurrecting his career in Mzansi’s second tier.
Hlela has joined former Baroka FC winger Nkosinathi Ogle on the list of new players at the Free State-based club.
