There was a change of ownership at the North West outfit at the start of the year.

The club were then relegated to the National First Division after finishing third in the Premier Soccer League's Promotion/Relegation play-off table last month.

Mochadibane has now confirmed to the Siya crew that the club will be relocating to the Western Cape, while the club's name has also been changed.

“Yes, it's true that the club is relocating to the Western Cape and the name of the club will change to Cape Umoya United FC. The club is still in the process of negotiations with players and staff over contracts. We will know by next week who will be relocating to the Western Cape, and who will be beginning the harsh journey of job hunting," Mochadibane said.
