The search for a club is in progress for a defender who was once linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs.
During his time playing for Platinum Stars in the Absa Premiership, Rofhiwa Tshikovhi was at one stage linked with Amakhosi, among other clubs.
However, the centre-back ended up playing for Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila in the second tier in 2017, and on his return from the Mother City where he was with FC Cape Town.
Having finished sorting the personal issues he had outside of football, the 31-year-old has confirmed that he is looking for a club to revive his career next season.
“I am back and looking for a club. I want to get back to the game and start playing again next season,” the defender told the Siya crew.
The towering centre-back believes that he would have got limited chance of regular game time at Amakhosi if he joined the club at the time he was linked, due to the solid partnership of experienced defenders Mulomowandau Mathoho, Tefu Mashamaite, as well as Morgan Gould at the time.
