SuperSport To Land Their First Signing Of 2018

Danny Webber Is Set To Sign For SuperSport United

SuperSport United have already started their new year shopping, and are on the verge of finalising a move for rising talent, Jamie Webber.
The Siya crew reported earlier this month that the 19-year-old was training with Matsatsantsa ahead of a possible move to Tshwane, as the club’s CEO, Stan Matthews, explained that talks were at an ‘advanced stage’.
Now, according to Siya sources, personal terms have been agreed with the youngster and his representatives, with Webber set to join SuperSport once the transfer window opens up on January 1st.
Webber played 19 times for Stellenbosch in the National First Division last season, and earlier this year got his Bafana Bafana debut under Stuart Baxter in the COSAFA Cup.
The crew has been informed that Webber has agreed to a long-term deal with SuperSport, although his career with Eric Tinkler’s side is likely to begin with the Multichoice Diski Challenge team as he gets to grips with top-flight football.
