In an apparent change of plan, Chippa United have made a decision on a young midfielder, the Siya crew has been informed.
Sources have revealed that the Eastern Cape club has decided against keeping Ronaldo Maarman, this, despite the player initially appearing to be part of the plans of coach Gavin Hunt.
Having confirmed to the Siya crew last month that he was back at the Chilli Boys and training under Hunt in preparation for the 2021/22 season after his loan at Cape Town All Stars in the GladAfrica Championship last season, Maarman has since parted ways with the Gqeberha-based outfit.
