Chiefs Make Move For Madagascan Star

Kaizer Chiefs are believed to be pursuing a long-term deal for Madagascan international, Andriamirado ‘Dux’ Hasina Andrianarimanana, after he impressed in the COSAFA Cup.
SABC Sport reported over the weekend that the Fosa Juniors attacker was a target for the Amakhosi as they look to bolster their ranks for the new season, with Madagascar’s team liaison officer, Clement Rabary, confirming their intentions.
Now, according to Siya sources, it is thought that Chiefs plan to offer a three-year deal to the 27-year-old, following a string of performances that saw him named as the Player of the Tournament having helped Madagascar finish fourth in the competition.
Andrianarimanana, who wears number 10 for his nation, helped Juniors qualify for the CAF Confederation Cup after they won the 2017 Coupe de Madagascar, thought they were knocked out by Ghana’s Aduana Stars back in April.
Chiefs do have a foreign spot available at the club after Willard Katsande became a permanent resident recently, while another could open up if – as expected – Edmore Chirambadare makes his way out of the club.
The Glamour Boys are due back on June 25th, although at this point have not announced who will be leading them forward as head coach.
