It is understood that Bloemfontein Celtic are set to part ways with an experienced striker at the end of the season.
Rendani Ndou joined Celtic from Polokwane City on a two-year deal in 2018 and a source has indicated that the striker’s time at the Mangaung outfit has come to an end.
The Siya crew has been reliably informed that 32-year-old is unlikely to return when training resumes at the Free State-based club.
“I don’t think the boy will return to the club after the break. They have Mabena in his position and he is the club captain and doing well,” said a source.
“If you look, he has hardly featured and I doubt they will retain his services.”
Ndou has struggled for game-time in Lehlohonolo Seema’s side having made just three league appearances for Celtic, while failing to find the back of the net and registering a solitary assist.
