Cape Town City are believed to be planning an overhaul of their goalkeeping department.
As previously reported by the Siya crew, Darren Keet is expected to join Cape Town City next season and will take over from Peter Leeuwenburgh, who is leaving the Citizens to join FC Groening in Holland.
The Cape Town club is yet to appoint a goalkeeper coach after the exit of Sjoerd Woudenberg, who is thought to have left to pursue a new challenge.
According to Siya sources, the Mother City club is understood to have shown an interest in another shot-stopper and indications are that Golden Arrows goalkeeper, Sifiso Mlugwana, is on the radar of the club.
Mlugwana has been instrumental Arrows' resurgence this season, with the club yet to decide on his future.
Abafana Bes'thende are currently in third spot on the DStv Premiership standings and look set to make their CAF Confederations Cup debut in the campaign.
While the Citizens currently have Marc Anderson and Reid Bombay on the books in their goalkeeping department, it remains to be seen what changes will be made at the club ahead of the new season.
