Bidvest Wits’ Bokang Tlhone is facing uncertain future at the club, according to sources.
The defender, who joined Wits this season, is struggling for game-time at the defending league champions. Since playing against Golden Arrows in the league game in September, Tlhone never received another chance to feature in an official game for the Students so far this season.
According to a source close to the Sturrock Park outfit, the defender could be among the players earmarked for loan moves away from the club in the next transfer window.
“Bokang Tlhone is in a complicated situation that is unlikely to change anytime soon. He is struggling for game-time and his situation doesn’t look like it will change soon. There are talks that he will be loaned in January,” said the source.
Tlhone, 26, was signed by Wits from Free State Stars in January on a pre-contract. The left back officially joined Gavin Hunt’s team in June.
