Bidvest Wits are set to welcome a Scottish centre-forward to the club, with Head Coach Gavin Hunt expected to make a decision on the player.
According to Siya sources in the know, former Hibernian FC striker, Simon Murray will be jetting out to South Africa where he will be assessed by the Clever Boys’ technical team.
The 25-year-old has plied his trade for a number of clubs in Scotland, including the likes of Downfield FC, Arbroath and Dundee United.
Wits have had a number of players who were believed to be on trial at the club, with the likes of Fortune Makaringe and Mathias Ranégie all surfacing at the Braamfontein outfit.
Murray is expected to join up with Wits tomorrow, where Head Coach Hunt and his technical team are set to decide whether they will be adding the striker to their books.
