Baroka Have Reportedly Signed A Goalkeeper
Baroka FC have reportedly signed a new goalkeeper.
According to reports, the Limpopo outfit has signed Zimbabwean goalkeeper, Elvis Chipezeze. Chipezeze is the reigning Goalkeeper of the Year in Zimbabwe. Zimbabwe’s The Herald reports that the 28-year-old goalkeeper has been signed on a three-year contract by Bakgaga from Chicken Inn FC.
“Reigning Castle Lager Premier Soccer League Goalkeeper of the Year — Elvis Chipezeze — has signed a three-year contract with South African Premiership side Baroka FC. The 28-year old goal-minder will join Baroka in June in preparation for the 2018-2019 South African season and has been allowed to continue featuring for Chicken Inn until he completes his move.
“Chipezeze will join Warriors winger Talent Chawapihwa who is already on Baroka’s books and has been a hit at the club,” the Zimbabwean publication reports.
At the end of February, Baroka released goalkeeper Oscarine Masuluke, as well as Olaleng Shaku, who was the captain of the side.
