Gamal Absent Amid Exit Rumours

The future of Egyptian international, Amr Gamal, could be decided before the transfer window closes, with the Siya crew being informed that he didn’t attend training today.
Gamal has fallen down the pecking order at Bidvest Wits under Gavin Hunt following a promising start to life in the Absa Premiership and hasn’t even made their 18-man matchday squad for the last two games.
With Thobani Mncwango having now made the move from Polokwane City – making his debut against SuperSport United over the weekend – it would appear that Wits would be open to letting the on-loan Al Ahly attacker leave the club before the window closes.
Siya sources have revealed that the 26-year-old was not at training with the Clever Boys today as rumours continue to grow regarding his future, although at this point in time there have been no indications of exactly where he might end up or whether he will leave at all.
The crew will continue to monitor Gamal’s movements before Wednesday night’s transfer deadline.
