Former Kaizer Chiefs defender Tsepo Masilela and veteran goalkeeper Moeneeb Josephs have been joined by Jabulani Ncobeni on the list of new deals at AmaZulu.

As reported in edition 1183 of Soccer Laduma, Ncobeni has been handed a new short-term deal to keep him at the Durban-based club to at least the end of the season.
The midfielder’s three-year contract expired at the end of June.
“Jabulani Ncobeni has had his contract at AmaZulu extended. It’s a twomonth contract extension for now for him to finish the season with the team, and the club will again decide about the player’s future at the end of the season,” said a source.

The 27-year-old has made 14 appearances for Usuthu so far this season and is still a valuable member of the club after helping the team to a crucial win against Chiefs in their last match before PSL break due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
