Having come through the ranks at Mamelodi Sundowns, Ndlovu could not quite make his mark abroad, but a move to Israel in 2011, when he joined Bnei Yehuda, was the beginning of what would be an incredible and financially rewarding career overseas.
After scoring eight goals and providing three assists in his first season with Yehuda, the striker earned a move to topflight Israeli side Maccabi Haifa, where he found the back of the net 13 times. During his time at Haifa, Ndlovu was loaned out to PSL sides SuperSport United and Mpumalanga Black Aces.

While he was at Qarabag, Ndlovu played in the Uefa Champions League against the likes of Chelsea, Atletico Madrid and AS Roma.

In his first season with Kocaelispor this term, a club he signed for after leaving Zhejian, Ndlovu is the side's top scorer with nine goals, despite spending a few months out nursing an injury.
