Claasen's 1860 Munich Drop Points At Home
Daylon Claasen was the only South African footballer in action abroad on Monday night as his side 1860 Munchen lost 2-1 at home to Heidenheim.
The 25-year-old midfielder made the starting lineup for the hosts but was substituted for Korbinian Vollmann in the 61st minute with the scores tied at 1-1.
Rubin Okotie opened the scoring for 1860 in the 29th minute but Tim Gohlert (54') and Florian Niederlechner (66') secured the result for Heidenheim.
Claasen has now made 12 league appearances for the 2. Bundesliga side and has played in two DFB Pokal games.
