The South African produced the decisive strike in the 38th minute and played a full 90 minutes for the hosts.
Elsewhere in the Superliga, Mandla Masango started for Randers as they drew 1-1 with league leaders Kobenhavn.

Kamohelo Mokotjo started in midfield for Twente as they were beaten 1-0 at home by Feyenoord in the Eredivisie.
Michiel Kramer secured the win for the visitors with his solitary strike in the 13th minute. Despite ending up on the losing, Mokotjo was named Man of the Match.

Former Cape Town All Stars midfielder Mihlali Mayambela was an unused substitute for Allsvenskan outfit Djurgarden as they won 2-1 away from home at Gefle.
USA
Tiyi Shipalane started at right wing for Carolina Railhawks as they edged out Rayo OKC 3-2 in the NASL.
Goals from Austin da Luz (23', 90'+6) and Aly Hassan (74') secured victory for the visiting side.
Shipalane was replaced in the 90th minute.
Belgium
Darren Keet warmed the bench for Pro League side Kortrijk as they drew 1-1 with Standard Liege. Michalis Stifakis started in goal.
