After spending some time playing in Mzansi’s third tier, former Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns defender Punch Masenamela has secured a deal with a club outside of Mzansi.

Having finished the 2018/19 season playing for Baberwa FC in the ABC Motsepe League, Masenamela has signed for Mbabane Highlanders in Swaziland’s Premier League for the 2019/20 season.
The 32-year-old left-back was in the starting line-up for Highlanders as they played against Royal Leopards on the weekend.

Masenamela was last in the Absa Premiership with Baroka FC during the second half of the 2017/18 season. He has previously played for Platinum Stars and Polokwane City, respectively, in his professional career.
