Percy Tau is not bound by the English Premier League transfer window deadline, as he looks to secure a loan move away from Brighton and Hove Albion this season.
Brighton completed the signing of the 24-year-old Bafana Bafana international from Mamelodi Sundowns in July, where it was subsequently revealed that he will be put on loan for the new 2018/19 season.

The player has been training with Belgium second-tier side, Royale Union Saint-Gilloise ahead of a possible loan move to the club, although it is yet to be confirmed by the parties involved.
However, despite the English transfer window deadline having since passed on August 09, Tau will still be able to make the move to any club whose transfer window is still open.
English clubs are no longer allowed to transfer incoming players after August 09, but will be able to transfer outgoing players until August 31 to most leagues, with indications that Brighton are in no rush to make a decision about Tau, as they look to secure a loan stint for the player at a club in another country.
Now, it remains to be seen whether Tau will make the move to Royale Union Saint-Gilloise, or if a loan move elsewhere is on the cards for the player.
