South African winger Mihlali Mayambela has entered the last six months of his contract with Portuguese outfit, Farense.
Mayambela returned to the Portuguese Segunda Liga outfit before the start of this season after spending the last campaign on loan to Academica Coimbra in the same division.
The 25-year-old Mayambela signed a three-year deal with the club when he joined them in 2019 and he now has six months left before the contract expires at the end of June 2022.
At this stage, Mayambela is free to start looking for his next club or listening to offers that may come his way, with his current employers yet to put an offer on the table for a new deal.
Since the start of the campaign, Mayambela has played 14 matches in all competitions for the club, 10 of which have come in the league.
The former Kaizer Chiefs development player has, however, not featured for the club in the last four league matches, but will be hoping to make a return in the last few months of the campaign to either earn himself a new deal or put himself on the market for potential suitors.
