The 20-year-old centre back has played 20 times for Sertanense so far following his loan move from SuperSport United back in July, and a few weeks ago he grabbed his first goal in Europe during a 1-1 draw with Marinhense.

With his side pushing for promotion, the defender put in a stellar performance in the 4-0 demolition of Águias do Moradal on Sunday and was rewarded for his efforts with a spot in the Campeonato de Portugal Team of the Week for Serie C.

Sertanense are currently fourth in the league and, although there are only four games left to play, will try to keep up their hopes of moving up into the next tier for the 2018/19 season.

On Saturday they will face AD Nogueirense as they try to close the gap on the top three, and the South African youth international, who is also in contention for Team of the Season, will be eager to try and put in another performance worthy of landing him in the Team of the Week once again.
