Ndlovu - who faced Roma last week, has done well in Azerbaijan since making the move there last year, scoring goals both domestically and on the continent as they won a league and cup double while qualifying for the UEFA Champions League group stages for the first time.
The Siya crew previously reported that the 27-year-old had attracted interest from Romanian outfit, CFR Cluj, but they are certainly not the only team keen to try and bring him on board as he approaches the last six months of his current deal.
According to Siya sources, Hangzhou Greentown are prepared to offer around R8m to Qarabag in order to persuade them to sell the Bafana Bafana international, although at this point it remains to be seen whether they will be willing to sell.
There have been suggestions that Qarabag are hoping to hold out for €1 million (around R16m) for Ndlovu, but the fact that he is close to the end of his deal could make it difficult for them to fetch that asking price.
Greentown were relegated from the Chinese Super League in 2016 and seem to believe that Ndlovu’s finishing ability can help them make a return to the top flight.
China has received a big influx of foreign players in recent years due to the hefty wages that they pay in the country as football continues to grow.
