Cole Colbert Has Secured A Move To Portugal

KZN Academy seems to be continuing their success at sending youngsters overseas, with Cole Colbert the latest youngster to get a move.

The Siya crew has been informed that Colbert has joined Associação Desportiva Fazendense on loan from KZN Academy, and he will be hoping to leave an impression during his first spell in Europe.

According to Siya sources, Colbert impressed during a training spell in Portugal this year, with Fazendense deciding to hand him the chance to keep growing in Europe with a season-long loan at their club.

The 18-year-old goalkeeper, who has been on the books of AmaZulu in the past, will be eager to try and make an impression and get some first team experience under his belt over the course of the season and possibly secure himself a long-term overseas.

Fazendense play their football in the Divisão AF Santarém.
