Orlando Pirates full-back Wayde Jooste says he has struck up a good understanding with Paseka Mako during training.
The Buccaneers got to winning ways in the DStv Premiership with a 3-0 victory over Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila on Wednesday evening.
When asked about the conditions in Limpopo, Jooste told SuperSport TV. "It's very difficult the heat, the travelling. Bus drives. It's very difficult. But the mentality in the team is strong. We worked as a unit and it paid off in the end."
Jooste and Mako looked to cemented their spots at Pirates' full-back, but the former put that down to technical team's analysing.
"We have that understanding from training.
"We work on the tactics at training and credit must go to the coaches and analysts for analysing our opponents. We know exactly how to attack when their full-backs do go forward."
