The latest news reaching the Siya crew is that Orlando Pirates could be looking to hijack a deal between Mamelodi Sundowns and Bidvest Wits.
It’s been widely reported that Sundowns have tabled a R17 million offer to Wits for the services of Deon Hotto, Thulani Hlatshwayo and Haashim Domingo, with the Brazilians looking to raid the Braamfontein outfit for some of their key players before the club is sold.
However, the R17 million is subject to personal terms, if Wits accepts the offer, but it has since been revealed to the Siya crew by a source close to the dealings, that Pirates are also in contact with Hotto.
The Siya crew reported a few days ago that Pirates were keen on the Namibian international and now it appears that they have since intensified their interest further.
However, though it seems that Sundowns are leading the race for the Namibian, Siya sources have revealed that Pirates have not stepped back from their interest in the player and it remains to be seen whether the Bucs will hijack the deal from the Brazilians.
