Enquiries have been made about an Orlando Pirates defender who is on loan elsewhere this season, as co-coaches Mandla Ncikazi and Fadlu Davids are expected to make important decisions in preparing for the second half of the campaign.
After a decision to loan Justice Chabalala to Sekhukhune United from Pirates this season, the Giyani-born player had hoped to prove his worth at the Babina Noko to improve his chances of playing at the Soweto giants.

Despite his lack of game-time at the newly-promoted club, the Giyani-born centre back has had the Buccaneers monitor his performance, with the club keen on having him back in the January transfer window.

“Pirates are interested to have Justice Chabalala back for the second round of the season and talks are ongoing between Pirates and Sekhukhune United. Pirates have expressed interest in having the player (return) now in January, but Sekhukhune are keen to hold on to him for the rest of his loan deal which will end at the end of the season,” said the source.
