The Buccaneers were held to a 1-1 draw by Usuthu in their first DStv Premiership match of the 2020/21 season at the Jonsson Kings Park Stadium on Saturday night, and despite being seen by some as two points dropped for the Soweto giants, Zinnbauer is pleased that his side came with a point away from home.
“A point is a point and it’s important for us to have success. We have not had the full success but it’s a part of success. We worked hard for this point, it was not easy AmaZulu is a good team and they make high pressure and were fighting for three points. It was an away game for us and a home game for AmaZulu. You see the results from the other teams, first game is always not easy and nobody knows exactly is the feeling in the team,” the coach said, in part, speaking to the media.
