The Buccaneers bolstered their squad ahead of this season with the likes of Thulani Hlatshwayo, Thabang Monare, Deon Hotto and Terrence Dvukamanja among others.
Dukuduku feels the club must not add many players but instead should focus on sorting out their defence and select players who could be a long-term solution.
"Sbusiso Mthethwa from Stellenbosch FC, a very good centre back who can really help the team in terms of building for the future," Makhanya told the Siya crew.

"Vusi Sibiya from Baroka FC can also be good for preparing for life after Happy Jele and Thulani Hlatshwayo, the right back at Orlando needs someone, so will bring back Mthokozisi Dube from Arrows because we lacking there, even end up misplacing players."

With the Buccaneers having some of the best exciting midfielders and strikers in the league, Makhanya is not expecting any new additions in those positions.
"In the midfield and strikers i think the team is sorted, it is just a matter of how the technical team is using them, so i wouldn't add much on those positions," he added
"Also hope Richard Ofori can minimize mistakes because I see him reaching the level of William Okpara. I think with him there, the goalkeeping department has been sorted, which was a big worry."
