The Siya crew has gathered that former Black Leopards goalkeeper King Ndlovu may find a new home, with Orlando Pirates leading race for his signature.
According to reports, Ndlovu requested to have his contract terminated with immediate effect, and is currently a free agent after parting ways with Lidoda Duvha last week.
The goalkeeper is free to join any club of his choice and according to insiders, a move to Johannesburg is on the cards, with Orlando, likely his next destination.
As previously reported by the Siya crew, Pirates could make some big decisions regarding their goalkeeping department for next season.
Wayne Sandilands is on the verge of retirement and earmarked for goalkeeper coach after the exit of Jyri Nieminen.
Sources have since indicated that Richard Ofori could be offloaded, while the contract of Siyabonga Mpontshane has not yet been renewed, though the club is believed to be contemplating keeping the veteran goal minder on beyond the current campaign.
It is understood that the parties are close to agreeing to a deal, which could be set to be concluded before the start of the new campaign.
