Orlando Pirates are known for their pursuit of some of the best talent in the country, as seen in the 2018/19 season when the Buccaneers made an incredible 11 signings.
With their eyes on silverware next season, Bucs have been linked with a host of top players.
Pirates are looking to make potential changes to their goalkeeper structures, with Maritzburg United’s Richard Ofori heavily linked with a move to Orlando, as previously reported by the Siya crew. Although Bucs are in talks with current number one, Wayne Sandilands whose contract is up at the end of the season, they are on the lookout for a long-term replacement for the 36-year-old.
In addition, Bidvest Wits and Bafana Bafana captain Thulani Hlatshwayo is again being strongly linked with a potential move to the Buccaneers, as the case in recent seasons, though Pirates will have to fork out a hefty fee for the 30-year-old who recently signed a new deal with the Clever Boys.
Siya sources have revealed that Lesedi Kapinga has already signed a pre-contract with Sundowns and will make the move at the end of the season, however Pirates have bizarrely been linked to the playmaker.
In Gabadinho Mhango, Bucs have found a proven goalscorer, however they could be looking to add firepower to their attack with the addition of the likes of Bradley Grobler and in-form hitman Bongi Ntuli.
