A Bafana Bafana international whose club is in danger of being relegated this season is getting ready for a switch to Orlando Pirates.
While some of his teammates and friends at Baroka FC might be worried about their futures as the Limpopo outfit is still at the bottom of the DStv Premiership log and facing relegation with four matches to the end of the season, Evidence Makgopa is set to finally make the switch to Pirates.

As revealed by the Siya crew prior to the start of the season, Makgopa was signed by the Buccaneers alongside his Bafana teammate Goodman Mosele although his move was delayed after an agreement by the parties for him to spend the 2021/22 campaign with Bakgaga on loan.

Sources close to Bucs have confirmed that the club is preparing to welcome the 21-year-old forward as part of the plans for next season, while the player is said to be also looking forward to the switch where he will be reuniting with his former teammates in Mosele and Collins Makgaka.
“Evidence Makgopa is preparing for a move to Orlando Pirates at the end of the season. Pirates are also ready to welcome him as one of the new players for next season. So, he won’t be affected by what happens at Baroka even if the team gets relegated,” said the source.
