With potential suitors having failed to lure sought-after Bafana Bafana striker Victor Letsoalo in the January transfer window, indications are that the player could still move at the end of the season, should a right offer be made to his club Royal AM.
Orlando Pirates is one of the clubs that have showed interest in the forward along with their perennial rivals Kaizer Chiefs, although none of the two giants of South African football managed to convince the KwaZulu-Natal club about the immediate sale of the 28-year-old.

After initially coming out to say that the former Bloemfontein Celtic player wasn’t available for sale, Royal AM have appeared to have changed their tune in recent weeks, with one of the club’s officials quoted in the media saying that the player would be available at a right offer.
Letsoalo’s contract with Royal AM runs until June 23, and should he stay beyond the current season, the KZN outfit will be at risk of losing him on a free as he will be eligible to sign a pre-contract elsewhere in January next year.

Sources close to Royal AM have confirmed that the player is not looking at extending his stay with the club, as reported by the Siya crew.
Following their quiet transfer window, the Buccaneers are said to be monitoring Letsoalo’s situation closely, with a view of making a formal offer for the player at the end of the season to strengthen the team.
The striker could be set to reunite with some of his former Celtic teammates, including Tshegofatso Mabaso and Kabelo Dlamini.
